This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 100 acre Granville County farm is located about 2 miles from the Person County line. The property has about 14 acres of open fields and the rest is wooded. The wooded area is a mix of hardwoods and planted pine sections. The property does have 2 wet season streams and a pond on the property line. The open land will be planted by a local farmer. (What crops will be planted are unknown at this time.) During my inspection I found several nice trails along the edges of the fields. I also found some oaks that were dropping mast with good deer sign around them. The property also has plenty of turkey sign as well. I found scratching and dusting areas in multiple areas.
